<p>This position is for <strong>Berger Becker Bangladesh Limited</strong>, a joint venture between Berger Paints Bangladesh Limited and Becker Industrial Coatings Holding AB, Sweden, which manufactures coil coatings.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>To carry out production planning & execution as per sales forecast & customer requirements.</li><li>To follow-up with the continuous production process and ensure batch approval process as earliest.</li><li>To handle man-power & ensure job distribution among workers with proper follow-up.</li><li>To ensure machines are handled with care and proper SOP is maintained while operating them.</li><li>To manage stocks of packaging materials.</li><li>To ensure the use of proper PPE and all safety measures.</li><li>To create production SOP when required.</li><li>To generate Batch cards, and ensure posting, reporting and closing timely at SAP/S4 HANA.</li><li>To ensure cleanliness and maintenance of factory premises.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Requirements: </strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>B. Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from any well-reputed university.</li><li>1 to 2 years of industrial experience in manufacturing will be an added advantage. </li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Location: Savar, Dhaka</strong></p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Deadline: 25 November 2023.</strong></p>
